The Bible presents God as having created the universe and everything that is in it. In contrast to the theory of evolution which teaches that man is the product of formation and evolution from simple forms of life into more complex forms of life, purely by chance, such as an automobile that constructs itself without outside help. The theory of evolution rejects the need of a master Creator and Genius Designer.

1. Evolution violates the First Law of Thermodynamics (the law of Conservation of Energy). This law says: “Material is neither created nor destroyed, only transformed. Nothing of what is in the actual economy of the natural law can go beyond the account of its own origin.” God says in Hebrews 11:3 that the universe (“the seen”) was made “so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear”, i.e., scientists cannot study the origin of the universe and find the truth. So, the actual structure of the universe is one of conservation. The creationist model is according to this law. Nothing has been created since there was an intelligent intervention, God acting to create the universe in the beginning, then He ended his creative work (Genesis 2:3 God “rested”), in which there is no more energy or matter created. In a final analysis, the evolutionist really cannot explain the origin of the universe. He begins with a primitive universe, but where did this primitive universe come from? There is no response.
2. Evolution violates the Second Law of Thermodynamics (dissipation of energy). The available energy for a useful job in a functional system tends to dissipate, even though the total energy remains constant. Structured systems progress from an ordered and complex form to a less ordered, disorganized, and random (“entropy”). But according to this scientific law, the tendency of all systems is towards deterioration. Even though the theory of evolution directly violates this law, “scientific” evolutionists ignore this violation and propose that the universe has always functioned opposite of this law for billions of years! (Again, no scientific proof, just their word.)
3. The Law of Bio-Genesis where life can only come from some other pre-existent life, thus only perpetuating its own type. Evolution believes in a “spontaneous generation” where life can appear when an electrical charge hits something and causes cellular life. Pasteur (1860), Spallanzi (1780), and Redi (1688) refuted that worms spontaneously came from decomposing meat, and that flies come from banana peelings, and that bees come from dead cattle, etc. When decomposing material is sealed and pre-sterilized, nothing living come from it when there is no biological contamination. Even though scientists affirm this, the “scientific” evolutionists return to affirm what has previously been disproved as unscientific!
4. There is no evidence in the fossil registry that supports evolution. Evolution proposes that life as we know it, with man being the most complex organism, has resulted in a basic progression of life ending with man. This process proposed is like this: inert matter, protozoa, invertebrate metazoans, vertebrate fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds, four footed with skin, simios, and finally man. If the theory of evolution were true, there should be a vast number of intermediate forms preserved objectively in the fossil registry. These forms in transition are totally absent from the fossil registry. These evolutionists recognize this error in their belief system, so they have now gone to the theory of brief “explosive evolutions” during billions of years, and that because of their brevity and quickness they left no footprint in time. This is totally contrary to scientific principles, and opposes even evolution itself, because they propose on the one hand, that evolution demands billions or trillions of years for something to happen, and to cover their lack of evidence, they espouse the opposite when convenient.
5. The fossil registry has failed to document even a single “missing link” that would verify beyond doubt the link between ape and man. There are many complications on this superficial and imprecise evidence, highly speculative and interpretative constructions of artists not scientists, but there is no scientific evidence. These “positive findings” of a “missing link” are announced periodically, and thereafter they are embroiled in controversy, then they are revised, or totally denied. The Nebraska Man was built on the finding of a single tooth in 1922 which resulted to be a tooth of an extinct pig.

Java Man-Ape (Pithecanthropus Erectus Erect man-ape) was reconstructed in 1981 from the small fragment of the top of a skull, a fragment of bone of the left thigh, and three molar teeth. The remains were collected in an area of 21.3 meters in an old riverbed on a river, mixed with bones of dead animals. This “missing link” had very little real evidence that each piece was from the same being. Dr. Eugene Dubois, a fervent evolutionist, later concluded that the bones were of some type of ape.

In 1912 Charles Dawson, an amateur paleontologist, produced some bones, teeth, and different primitive instruments that he supposedly found in a gravel pit in Piltdown, Sussex, England. In October 1956 the magazine “Readers Digest” published an article titled “The Great Deception of Piltdown Man”. A new method of Floride Absorption for dating bones reveled that the bones of Piltdown were a fraud, and that the teeth had been filed down, and the teeth and bones and been decolored by potassium dichromate to hide their identity. All the “experts” had been deceived for 40 years.

For many years, Neanderthal man was considered a missing link. He was represented as a hairy, semi-upright creature, with a circular chest, and most of the time with a club in his hand. But other Neanderthal skeletons revealed that the Neanderthal man was fully erect, completely human, and with a brain capacity that exceeds the capacity of modern man by 16 percent. It was concluded that the initial specimen was crippled by bone arthritis and rickets. Today, Neanderthal Man is considered Homo Sapiens (a modern man).

Henry Morris in his well-written book “Creation and the Modern Christian” notes: “If evolution were true, then the different stages of human evolution must be the best documented of all, because man is supposedly the most recent evolutionary arrival, and because there are far more people doing research in this field than any other to achieve fossil evidence. However, as highlighted above, the current evidence is still extremely fragmentary and very doubtful. It is still a matter of strong dispute among evolutionary anthropologists to define exactly which hominid fossils could be the ancestors of man, when and in what order.

1. Morris points out that the long-awaited common ancestor of man and ape, especially “Autralopithecus” including the famous “Lucy” (supposedly the oldest hominid fossil), now appears to still live in the form of a pygmy chimpanzee known as the “bonobo”. The “bonobo” chimpanzees live in the jungles of Zaire and are almost identical to “Lucy” in body size, height, and brain size. (Science News, February 5, 1983, Page 89).
2. Evolution fails to explain the existence of even a “simple cell.” The simplest single-celled organism has a trillion pieces of genetic information in its genes and chromosomes. There are hundreds of thousands of genes in each cell. Most life forms have such complex cells in perfect order. There is no way a random process can organize so much massive data. The mathematical possibility of a human body being formed accidentally is the same as that of an explosion in a printing press forming a dictionary.

Sir Fred Hoyle, atheist, and creator of the “continuous-state” theory of the origin of the universe, believes that the chances of a “chance forming life” on the planet are so small that they can be compared to the chance of “a tornado passing through a junkyard could assemble a Boeing 747 with the materials found there” (“Hoyle on Evolution,” Nature, Vol. 294, Nov. 12, 1981, p.105). Hoyle and Chandra Wickramasinghe, a mathematical astronomer, calculated the possibility that life could have arisen spontaneously anywhere in a universe with a radius of 15 billion light years and at least 10 billion years old. They found that the chance of this probability occurring is less than one in 1 with thirty zeros. Reluctantly, Sir Fred Hoyle and Dr. Wickramasinghe have concluded that life must have been created by a Higher Intelligence (which they propose as a kind of pantheistic intelligence that created the spores in some way in other parts of the universe and that then they were dragged to the earth), since it is extremely complex that it arose from natural processes.

Sir Fred Hoyle makes another colorful comparison using a furry creature prized by evolutionists: “No matter how large an environment one considers, life cannot have a random beginning. Even if we have troops of monkeys typing at random on a keyboard, the monkeys will not be able to produce the works of Shakespeare for the practical reason that the entire observable universe is not large enough to contain the necessary hordes of monkeys, the required keyboards, and surely the trash baskets required for the disposal of the wrong attempts. The same applies to living materials.” (Page 148).

Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
