Psalms 7:11 God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.
The Bible presents us with some important matters. God is the Creator of all human being, and the world that we live in. But God blesses every person no matter if they are evil or good.
Matthew 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
So, the Creator absolutely blesses every type of man without respect to who is “good” and who is “wicked.” But the Bible also declare the concept that God has different types of treatment for wicked people than what He does with good people. In Genesis, God created a Paradise, and put Adan and Eve in there. But God took the role of Judge over them when they sinned (disobeyed the law that God had established). God had given them “the law”:
Genesis 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
But even though there were bad consequences for breaking the Word which God had given them, there were certain blessings which followed them and every sinner even though they are sinners.

The Grace of God even if one Sins
Genesis 8:21 And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will qnot again curse the ground any more for man’s sake; for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.
The “goodness of God” follows man and extends to the place where man lives, even after the flood. In other words, God is generous toward His creatures, even when they disobey Him, and even though these human beings began to rebel and make open insurrection against God. But the flood is an excellent example of God acting as Creator and Judge. How God created the world, and equally God can destroy the world and all the creatures in it if He decides that they are “wicked.” Because of the extremity of sin on the day of Noah, God did not wait to judge and punish. He did it immediately so that we should learn this point, God is our Judge.
God wants all to Praise Him
Psalms 148:11 Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth: 12 Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children: 13 Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven. 14 He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.
Praise is simply recognizing the acts of God on earth. Firstly, the person must accept that God exists (Hebrews 11:6 says that God “He is”), and secondly that God has done a marvelous thing. That thing is that God has done is a blessing to man, and God is recognized for being who punishes evil people. The idea of vengeance (punishing those who do wickedness in the sight of God) is no evil in itself but is only God using punishment (because He is Creator) and not for men to use. But in the end analysis, God is Judge over us no matter if we want to recognize this or not.
God is Judge over Us
Psa 75:7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. Psa. 50:6; 76:8-9. Isa 33:22 For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; he will save us.
Isa 66:16 For by fire and by his sword will the LORD plead with all flesh: and the slain of the LORD shall be many.
In other words, God is actually, Judge over His creatures and creation. God is our lawgiver, King, and is the person who decides what is acceptable conduct, and what is not with His creation. This is the strong point in the contention, because man is sinful always straying from the way God indicates and refuses to do what God commands. James 4:12; Hebrews 12:23 “to God the Judge of all”; Pro 21:16 The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead. Psalms 101:3 I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.
What is the Difference between Good and Bad Men?
For a short explanation, a “good person” is a person who is in agreement with the moral character of God, he follows that pattern. A “bad person” is a person who acts in opposition to God’s moral character. So God simplifies things, Ephesians 5:1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; and God adds more about this aspect of being “dear children”, Mark 12:30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. Mark 12:31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
Firstly, God divides people as good or bad by the measure that a person walks in the moral character of God.
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; so we are sinners before God, and being a sinner, God will judge us. Ezekiel 18:20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.
You cannot transfer blame and punishment from one person to another. Every person must carry the consequences of their own conduct. But there is one thing more here. Evil and goodness are not equal. You cannot remove the condemnation of a sin by doing something morally right. The judgment of God does not work like this. Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Ephesians 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. What removes the condemnation for our sins is not our own good works, but the maravillous good work of Jesus dying on the cross for our sins. If we have faith that we are saved only by this work of Jesus, we are saved from the punishment of our sins.
The Definition of “Judge”
1 Samuel 24:15 The LORD therefore be judge, and judge between me and thee, and see, and plead my cause, and deliver me out of thine hand.
The concept of Judge is really somebody like a King that hears the two people in a difference, and hears their reasonings, their accusation, and their defenses, and then the judge decides which has the reason, is right, or is just in his cause. This is not an easy thing to do, not without consequences. For example, in the Old Testament, the kings and judges used their powers to punish, to restore, and to work vengance if they decided that it was necessary. All this is overlaid with a code of moral conduct that the king gives his citizens so that they know how to conduct themselves. This is a background of everything, how you live, how you conduct your life, and how you please the judge or king, or “the justice of God” will catch up with you one day. In this scene, the person who feels he is suffering the unjust actions or neglect of another person, or even in general, God doing it (compare Job pitching the unjust of his life to God in Job 9:33), they can appeal to God our King and Judge for justice.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
God, being our Creator, is always there to hear our problems and act, advise, and comfort as He sees fit. He uses His greater powers to “judge,” that is, to do the right things according to His morality. He handles the human and earthly situation.
God Will Judge Every Person
2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or evil.
This verse indicates that everyone will one day stand before the Creator, Judge, and King of the world, and will give an account of everything in their life. The point is that everything we are, everything we have said, everything we have done in this life, will be compared to the moral character of God to see if it is in accordance with this moral character of God, or is contrary to it. (Matthew 25:46; John 5:22-23; 3:18; Romans 2:6, 11, 16; Acts 10:42; 17:31; Revelation 20:12-13; Matthew 16:27)
John 12:48 He who rejects Me and does not receive My words has a judge; the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. We can see Jesus as the moral standard for all conduct, and what we do will be judged by God’s moral character. Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please God;… You will only find favor with God on the day of judgment because you have faith in Jesus Christ. This faith is confidence, or certainty, that this is the way things are, just as God has told us. This starts with receiving Jesus Christ as your Savior John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name. Salvation from God’s punishment for our sins comes only by “having Jesus Christ” as our Savior. Nothing else is taken into account, and no one else can give us salvation or prevent it for us.
2 Timothy 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
Finally, we await the judgment of God that will take place at His coming. Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please God. For he who comes to God must believe that He exists and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. This faith in Jesus, in His return to judge the world, and specifically to judge “my life,” to reward me for how I have conducted my life in a manner that corresponds to God’s moral character, and to restore to me what others have taken from me, and to avenge me for what they have done wrong to me, this is the hope of the Christian. Your own sins are under the blood of Jesus on the cross.
Avoiding God’s Judgment and Punishment
Ecclesiastes 12:14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. First of all, no one can hide anything of their sins from God, the Judge. Everything hidden will come to light at the judgment. 2 Thessalonians 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; In other words, the really good thing is to be in the presence of God and live under His kingdom. Those who reject God’s way, “as God commands things to be done,” are damned immediately.
God’s punishment is not only that you suffer in hell, but that you also suffer apart from the goodness of God and His character, His blessings that flow abundantly from this person, God. So, meditate on this matter. You, because of what your mind, soul, and heart want evil, are separated from the good, God and His presence. The change to avoid God’s punishment is to give your heart, your desires to be what pleases God. Seek Jesus as your only Savior, and receive Him. Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: what will you do when you face God the Judge? In that day, there will be no opportunity to change your heart and receive Jesus as your “advocate” as in this life. 1 John 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: Receiving Jesus as your Savior is making Him your advocate before the court of God, and He paid for all your sins. But this is only if you hire Him to remove your sins from evidence before God, meaning you receive Jesus before you die.
