The Salinity of the Oceans – Every year rainfall carries dirt from the mountains to the seas. Once in the oceans, there is no way for the salt in this dirt to be removed. The Dead Sea is an example of what happens when the salt concentration grows. (The Dead Sea is small in comparison to the oceans.) According to the calculations of experts, the concentration of the salt in the oceans on the entire planet will be as much as the Dead Sea in a few million years.

Time is important – Evolutionists use very large amounts of time for the formation of the universe and living beings. According to them, only “a few billion years” ago, the universe, the earth, and life on earth was almost as it is today. They want to propose that the foundation events happened billions of years ago, or even further back, and every year they add more large amounts of time to their theories.

1 Peter 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, 5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

Hope is an inheritance that God gives to those who have faith in Jesus Christ. In other words, hope is the anticipation, or the emotion and joyfulness, in meditating on our salvation.

Hope is also a longing for salvation, that God will save us when we end our earthly lives. The end of hope and believing in Jesus Christ is to reach heaven, and dwell together with God and the redeemed for all eternity. The foundation of salvation is “In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began” Titus 1:2.

Scientists talk about the thousands of years of the formation of the world, but then they changed, this to 10,000 years, then to 100,000 years, and then to millions of years. Now they talk about billions of years. The reason for this is that evolution has no evidence in nature. We do not see the changes as evolutionists say are currently happening. Therefore, in defending their atheistic faith (which is against God the Creator of the universe), they demand millions of years for evolution to have a process so slow that we cannot observe it. One asks, “If a scientist cannot observe and measure something, is it possible for him to conclude that it is true even without evidence? No. Conclusions without direct observations are very doubtful.

Deuteronomy 18:9 When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations. 10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, 11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. 12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.

Witchcraft is the abominable practice (in God’s estimation) that has to do with “spirits” and spiritual forces as instruments to achieve what one wants. Using witchcraft and other related practices, one ignores God as THE RESOURCE for help in this life. Continue reading

pc01 Should a Christian celebrate Halloween?

In pc01 Should a Christian celebrate Halloween? We expose Halloween (and Day of the Dead) as Catholic conventions intended to bring people into the Catholic traditions, customs, and finally beliefs. There is no reason why any Christian should celebrate this pagan holiday based on witchcraft, demonism, and other satanic roots which Catholicism has incorporated into its structure.

“Halloween was originally a festival of fire, dead, and the powers of darkness” – Encyclopedia of Man, Myth, and Magic” by Richard Cavendish

But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
Matthew 18:6

If Halloween is concentrated in concepts dealing with darkness, and we promote it to our children, participating in something that is highly connected with the forces of evil, don’t we fall under the condemnation of Matthew 18:6, causing them to trip up in their spiritual life by our foolishness? Halloween is no innocent entertainment, but has customs and roots in Satanism and pagan religions.
