Proverbs 31:30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.

What Satan has done fighting against what God wants us to be is to give a complex to people over the matter of gender which God decided for each one of us at conception. Everybody is either a man or a woman, and our chromosomes do not lie, neither can they change what they are. But if somebody is a woman, it is Satan trying to convince you to be something different from that gender which God gave you at conception. Moreover, it is ridiculous that a person born a woman and has a complex about being a woman, but a man can put on a dress and wig, and he now “has pride” in his transgender status. This is a dangerous game of Satan.

God created us, man, and woman.

Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

We begin with there are only two genders, male and female. God made the two different because God has different assignments and purposes for each gender. The difference between man and woman is as much physical in their bodies as in their spirits (including their emotions and dispositions).

Satan enters things to oppose what God wants. The human being is a sinner, and as such, we are always finding it easy to disobey, and extremely difficult to obey God. Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? Our hearts block our view and understanding so that we cannot see things as God knows them to be truth. In this, enters faith, that is what makes us approved morally before God because we do not walk by sight (as seem to us to be the matter) but by faith, by being faithful and constant in obeying what God says even though we do not fully understand everything involved in it.

The Spiritual Fight is within us ourselves.

This spiritual fight to obey God o disobey is within our souls. But which will win? Our faith is seen in obeying God. But our will to do what seems to us and almost always ignoring God and His will so that Satan wins our hearts for his perversions.

1 Timothy 2:11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. 13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. 15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety (modesty).

Since creation, God made the woman to be a helpmate (Genesis 2:18) to the man. Neither the man nor the woman is in their “optimum condition” if they do not have their counterpart, a person of the opposite sex or gender, united in spirit and body.

A Device of Satan

If you watch movies, a common theme or scene is a happy family, and the man goes to work, and a wicked person comes, tortures his wife and kids, and at last, kills them. The man comes home and encounters all this, and supposedly this man is humility, meek, not violent, but now he has “permission” in a way or validness to be savage and violent. He does know who did this, and he doesn’t go through civil authorities, or he goes, and they don’t do anything, so he does whatever he wants to do. He takes vengeance into his own hands. But God says… Romans 12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

But we can analyze this, and we will understand that because of the disobedience of others, and specially when it greatly affects us, this does not give us permission to disobey God in our lives. Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. When we speak of couples and their relation, almost always one defends their wrongful actions because the other has “done them wrong.” So the person takes the example of Eve making a decision for herself, and ignoring the will of God. But while the human being is excellent at making excuses when he wants to justify his own will, everyone will render accounts to God at the end. (Romans 14:12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.)

The Homosexual and Trans Angle

Romans 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

The point is to act like the opposite gender.

1 Corinthians 6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither… nor adulterers, nor effeminate…

In other words, these people were doing the opposite of what God commanded them to do. Being men and having the command to act manly (1 Corinthians 16:13 Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong), they acted like women. For women, it is the command of God that they act feminine, to be womanly. To seem feminine, these perverts usually use a dress or skirt, and they never use pants, because they know that by using pants they identify themselves being masculine, and using skirts and dress with being feminine. But it seems like an impossible thing to fathom, but even homosexuals know exactly how to identify as a woman, men being feminine, in their rebellion, and Christian women can neither define what it is that God commands them to be, how to dress themselves as women, neither how to act feminine.

Highlighting the Woman, How She Behaves

Before other matters, we should see how the woman accepts God’s role for her “as a woman”, and she should be submissive to God in her conduct. The woman is prohibited from being the leader and using authority over men. This began in the garden in Genesis 1 and 2, and from there we should understand that in no context is it correct that a woman takes authority and leadership over men. Because others do not obey God does not give her permission to ignore and disobey God.

Deuteronomy 28:15 But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee: 18 Cursed shall be the fruit of thy body… 20 The LORD shall send upon thee cursing, vexation, and rebuke, in all that thou settest thine hand unto for to do, until thou be destroyed, and until thou perish quickly; because of the wickedness of thy doings, whereby thou hast forsaken me. 21 The LORD shall make the pestilence cleave unto thee… 28 The LORD shall smite thee with madness, and blindness, and astonishment of heart: 30 Thou shalt betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her: thou shalt build an house, and thou shalt not dwell therein: thou shalt plant a vineyard, and shalt not gather the grapes thereof. 34 So that thou shalt be mad for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see.

Why are our families in such a mess today? There is no happiness. Nothing works like it is supposed to work, like a husband and father that is dedicated to his wife and family. The lack of obeying God all around is the answer why. Homosexuals and trans use dresses and skirts, cosmetics, and long hair (so to identify themselves as females). But our sisters think it is impossible to identify as women as God wants them to do. Nobody seems to have a clue about how to be female nor do they want to do it if somebody points this out to them. There is a rebellion on a foundational point of being mano or woman as God created you and our lives are disasters. To be a housewife, mother, and wife, is impossible for so many people.

The Crux of the Matter

Even though everybody has their point of view, God is who will judge every person, but more than that, only God is “all-wise.” He orientates us correctly with respect to our world, what we are, and what we should be, and how we should act. God made us, and God made us for His purposes, and we will only find the blessing of God when we walk in His ways and when we seek His purposes for our lives. Outside of what is His will, we will not be able to enjoy anything of this life, and in the end, God will judge us for our failings. 1 Peter 3:7 Likewise, ye husbands… giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel...We must understand that God gave the role of perfect helper of her spouse to the woman, but also, she is “a weaker vessel” and thus should be protected, not subject to rough use. Women today want to be equal to men, and they promote women’s liberation. But God has placed the woman above that of the man in honor, and not to be equal and suffer roughness in life, which is not God’s will. In some way is single motherhood and working moms with children in the house “better?”

To Be a Feminine Woman, She must attend to her adorning.

1 Timothy 2:9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; 10 But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.

“Modest apparel” “modest” comes from the word “cosmos”, or world, in which everything has its right place and function. “Modest apparel” is clothing that is the right thing for the place and occasion in which the woman finds herself. Firstly, and above all, she gives glory to God in her appearance. The opposite is appearance like a harlot that calls attention to herself sexually. Christian women do not call attention to themselves, to their physical appearance but to her spirit as being in submission to God. The Christian woman is not masculine, and she doesn’t use short haircuts, nor does she use clothing that are what men typically use. 1 Corinthians 11:14 Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him? If a man has long hair, it is a shame to him. Therefore, women should keep their hair long to emphasize their femininity. “Clothing” in the Bible extends to the entire (cosmos) appearance of the person, including their speech (content and form of speaking). Proverbs 7:10 And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart. 11 (She is loud and stubborn; her feet abide not in her house.) and includes the entire appearance of the person. Her spirit is holy and seen by the world.

“Shamefacedness” adds to this idea above. It speaks of the eyes being downcast in humility. She is not an extremist in one direction or another. Christian women are examples of Christ by their lives, internally firstly, and externally secondly. They are sober or think like God does about everything. “Modesty” contrasts the Christian woman with the harlot. Proverbs 7:10 And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart. 21 With her much fair speech she caused him to yield, with the flattering of her lips she forced him. The harlot calls attention to herself because she is selling her body to men, and she is an expert at manipulating men. She reveals the sexual parts of her body.

Above all, the Christian woman shows good works that are the fruits of her good character, and not expensive trinkets in her appearance. There are external indications that a person is submissive, humble, holy, etc. So, why do Christian women go to border of being worldly in their appearance, and conduct?

Proverbs 31:10-31 explains the characteristics of a woman of praise, an excellent woman in the sight of God. Her character defines what is to be “a woman”. But her appearance reflects good Christian character. This good character is seen in her good works. What is missing in this Proverbs passage are any references to her external beauty. How do you distinguish between a man and a woman? Pants in a man, and dress or skirt in a woman. Even common bathroom signs show this obvious point. The question is not how a woman dress should, but why don’t women, especially Christian women, dress like a woman should. It is not a matter of clarity, but a matter of no desire on the part of certain women. Are you a feminine woman? If not, why not? Why are you nearing your appearance and conduct to be like that of a man? If you examine the issue, there is no doubt what you should do. There are only lame excuses.
